Shipment processing time
All orders are processed within 2-4 business days . Orders are NOT delivered on weekends or holidays. We can deliver on Saturdays upon request and prior arrangement.
For larger orders, delivery may be delayed by a few days. If there is a significant delay in the delivery of your order, we will contact you via email or phone number you provided.
Shipping cost
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
We send shipments with a courier company. Speedy (DPD).
The cost of delivery to an office or address is calculated based on the rate of the courier company Speedy and will be calculated and displayed before you complete your order.
Shipping is free for orders over 150 BGN.
All orders sent with the courier company SPEEDY are marked with a “Review before payment” option. If the shipment is refused, the customer bears the shipping costs for returning the shipment charged by the courier company.
RETURN OF GOODS
You may return the product within 14 days from the date of shipment. Shipping costs for return and exchange are at the customer's expense.
For a return or exchange, please follow these steps:
- For replacement, please send an email to ivatexltd@gmail.com or contact us on GSM: 0886735956 and provide your order number and the name of the item you wish to replace.
- To return products, please fill out the return form HERE and send it with the shipment.
- Send us the product by courier to: office 318 PARVOMAI - DIMITAR BLAGOEV (Speedy office)
- If you paid by card, the amount will be refunded to the card you paid with.
Compensation
www.ivatex.eu is not responsible for products damaged or lost during delivery. If you have received your order damaged, please contact the shipping carrier immediately to file a claim.
Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.
